LEARNING SERVICES
Customer’s purchase and use of learning services is subject to the Learning Services Agreement (LSA), available here.
LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION EXAMS
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Learning Services Agreement (“LSA”), Level 1 Certification Exams are online open book exams which are neither proctored nor timed and may be re-taken an unlimited number of times. The general testing procedures of the Certification Exam Guide referenced in the LSA do not apply to Level 1 Certification Exams.
